1. LED corrugated lamp sealing: Some corrugated lamp manufacturers use silica gel or hot sol for processing and sealing. These materials are easily affected by temperature, and it is easy to make the thermal expansion and contraction coefficients of the outer cover port cover and the outer cover different, resulting in water ingress in the gaps. This causes a short circuit in the lamp. The outgoing wire should be bent first, and then sealed with glue such as epoxy resin.

2. Waterproof joints: plastic joints are commonly used, but long-term exposure to the outdoors can easily cause plastic aging or deformation, resulting in the failure of the waterproof rubber ring. The joint should be sealed first with high pressure tape and then with electrical tape to prevent water leaks.

3. Lamp selection: LED corrugated lamps generally use high-quality PC materials, but there are some manufacturers in the market that use impure PC materials in order to reduce production costs, making it difficult for lamps to resist ultraviolet rays. Therefore, when purchasing led corrugated lamps, manufacturers are required to use pure PC materials to ensure the quality of the lamps.
