Six o'clock inspection requirements for high rod lights in the factory.

1. Check all black metal components (including the inner wall of the pole) of all black metal components (including the inner wall of the pole) of the factory area, and whether the anti -loosening method of the fastener meets the requirements (the quality of anticorrosion must meet the GB/T9790, GBJ36011, GBJ36011 Related regulations with GB/T11373).

3. Check whether the outer surface of the lamp and welds is corroded. For high -rod lights that have a long service life but cannot be replaced from scratch, if necessary, use ultrasonic, magnetic powder and other inspection methods to test welds.

4. Check the mechanical strength of the foam panel to ensure the use of light bulb noodles safely. As for the closed lamp board, check the heat dissipation;

5. Check the fixed screws of the lamp seat to reasonably adjust the projection direction of the lamp;

6. Carefully check the usage of the cable (deflection cable or soft line) in the lamp panel to check whether the cable is too large mechanical stress, whether the cable is aging, ruptured or naked. If they are not safe, they should be dealt with immediately;
